UPI, cash and card — one day, one screen
Members pay how they pay. Your books should not need three tools to keep up.
Front desks already take UPI, cash and cards in the same hour. The pain starts when each of those lands in a different notebook, chat thread or spreadsheet.
A single collection screen does not change how members pay. It changes whether the owner can see, at 8pm, who paid today and who still has an open invoice — without reconciling three apps.
If your day ends with screenshots in a WhatsApp group, the tools are working harder than the staff.
