GST invoices without the spreadsheet tax
Indian gyms need proper invoices. They do not need another month-end export ritual.
GST is not optional for a serious gym. Spreadsheet invoices are optional — and expensive in staff time.
When memberships, partial payments and renewals all generate the right document at the right moment, month-end stops being a reconstruction project. The accountant gets a trail. The member gets a clean bill.
That is the bar: invoices that match the membership you sold, not a template you fill in after the fact.
